DepEd recognizes 2016 Brigada Eskwela best implementing schools
BUTUAN CITY – The Department of Education (DepEd) announces the 2016 Brigada Eskwela Best Implementing Schools through a ceremony on November 29, 2016 at Claire Isabel McGill Luce Auditorium, Silliman University in Dumaguete City.
In Caraga region, the best implementing school for Elementary Small School Category was awarded to Villa Kananga Elementary School in Butuan City; big School Category – Nasipit Central Elementary School in Agusan del Norte; and Exceptional School – Socorro Central Elementary School in Siargao Island.
For Secondary schools: the Best implementing Small School – Margarita K. Yusingko National High School in Surigao del Sur; Big School Category – Tagbina National High School in Surigao del Sur; and Exceptional School – Datu Lipus Makapandong National High School in Agusan del Sur.
The Nasipit Central Elementary School in Agusan del Norte was given hall of fame award.
