DepEd to hold MTB-MLE conference

BUTUAN CITY – With the aim to fully empower Department of Education’s (DepEd) mandate in ensuring that the programs and projects are implemented with utmost quality, dedication and commitment, the First National Mother Tongue Based Multilingual Education Conference is set on August 2 to 4, 2017 in Mariveles, Bataan.
The conference will have the following themes for each session: Policy and Contextualization; Orthographies; Materials Development and Other Learning Resources; Community Involvement; and Moving Forward and Next Step.
During the conference, a space is also allotted for exhibit by each region presenting outputs such as big books and other teaching-learning materials produced by the implementers.
Each region will have a total participants of 25. (DepEd Butuan City Division)
