DepEd Caraga to conduct 16th National Consultative Conference

The Office of the Assistant Secretary for Alternative Learning System (ALS) through the Bureau of Alternative Education will conduct the 16th National Consultative Conference for Regional ALS focal Persons and other DepEd Officials on March 21 to 25 Malaybalay City, Bukidnon.
The event is aimed to discuss the operations/construction and inventory of Community Learning Centers; Status of ALS programs and project implementation; proposed conduct of LAS classes through limited face to face; conduct of presentation portfolio assessment year 3; and implementation guidelines for ALS SHS; and ALS Manual of Operations.
Caraga region participants include the ALS focal person of Bislig City – Victor A. Odtohan; Butuan City – Ana Marie L. Ceniza; and regional office ALS focal person Josephine Chonie M. Obseñares.
Participants are expected to comply with all COVID-19 Alert Level System set by the national and local Inter-Agency Task Force for the management of emerging and Infectious Diseases, as well as the most recent DepEd rules and/or policies. ###
