Located in the town of Hinatuan in Surigao del Sur, the Enchanted River is a water form surrounded with ancient folk lore. Locals say that magical creatures like fairies, pixies, and mermaids play in its bluish water at night and this is how they explain its crystal clear blue waters. Legends has it that the river is haunted by supernatural beings acting as its protector.
