TCES successfully holds its First Grand Alumni 2022

Taligaman Central Elementary School successfully holds its 1st Grand Alumni Homecoming 2022 on August 6, 2022, at Taligaman Central Elementary School and Barangay Taligaman Covered Court. The activity with the theme “Panaghimamat 2022” aimed to reunite the people who graduated in this Alma Mater.
The organizers, Catherine B. Arconanda and Jenefer F. Intino with the support of the teaching staff led by the School Principal – Merlyn D. Sanchez and the Alumni Association headed by President – Angelica Dawn Supas positively made the activities feasible and enjoyable for the alumni.
The event started with a mass presided by Fr. Ricky A. Amante, followed by a motorcade, along the National Highway of Brgy. Taligaman. The different batches showed their camaraderie in competing in a different contest such as tarpaulin raising and parlor games. They also showed their care for the environment through tree planting on the school premises.
Dr. Esrael Reveche – DepEd Butuan City Division Representative turned-over the Key of Responsibility to the TCES Alumni Association President – Ms. Angelica Dawn Supas during the Alumni Night Program. The City Councilor of Butuan also witnessed it – Hon. Joseph Omar Andaya and Barangay Captain of Taligaman – Hon. Elegia F. Intino. Moreover, teacher- retirees and previous school heads of TCES were also present, which made the memories more refreshing for the alumni. Finally, Mr. Gilbert Estrada and Mrs. Cristina Samontina from batch 1992 was crowned as Mr. & Mrs. TCES during the Search for Mr. & Ms. TCES 1st Grand Alumni 2022. ###
