DepEd tracks CSE implementation

In relation to the implementation of Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE), the Department of Education (DepEd), through the Bureau of Curriculum and Development (BCD) in collaboration with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFA), Center for Health Solutions and Innovations Philippines, Inc. (CHSI) and Commission on Population and Development (POPCOM), is preparing for the financial budget allocation deliberation.
 
The Schools Division Offices through the CSE Focal Persons are requested to submit a report on the status implementation of Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) Program in their respective division.
 
The program is aimed to track the implementation and output systematically, and measure the effectiveness of the program and checking the progress against the plan; promote learning and data-driven decision making to improve and make revisions based on data evidence and make appropriate changes to the financial plan on a regular basis to avoid unfavorable contingencies. ###
