SEC to conduct webinar on its memoranda, other issuances

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a regulating body among the stock and non-stock corporation, oversees its compliance and non-compliance as well towards its memoranda and other issuances.
The Securities and Exchange Commission will conduct a webinar on SEC Reportorial Requirements, Electronic Filing and Submission Tool (EFAST), Memorandum circular No. 28 series of 2022 among other SEC Issuances on March 18, 2022 at exactly 9:00AM via Zoom platform.
Expected participants are chiefs/representatives from the Department of Education Caraga regional office; Schools Division Offices; all private schools in the 12 schools division offices of K to Grade 12 in the Basic Education. ###
