In line with the current expansion of the implementation of face-to-face learning modality, the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Service (DRRMS) of the Department of Education (DepEd) Central Office will hold a nationwide orientation on the conduct of the Psychosocial Support Activities for learners of all levels on April 7, 2022 from 1:00PM to 4:30PM via DepEd Philippines Facebook Page.

Per DepEd Caraga Regional Memorandum No. 0235, s. 2022 signed by regional director Ma. Gemma Mercado Ledesma, participants who will be managing the face-to-face classes are enjoined to participate in the orientation on how to conduct and facilitate the various psychosocial activities for all learners by watching the live streaming.

According to director Ledesma, the participant will be given a Certificate of Attendance for finishing the orientation and accomplishing the post-orientation test.

The conduct of the Psychosocial Support activities will be monitored and evaluated by DRRMS, said director Ledesma. Thus, all teachers and school heads shall have to submit reports using the templates required, she said. ###
