DepEd issued policy guidelines for the implementation of BE-LCP

Policy guidelines for the provision of learning resources in the implementation of the Basic Education-Learning Continuity Plan (BE-LCP) has been issued by the Department of Education (DepEd).
Secretary Leonor Magtolis Briones of DepEd has issued DepEd Order No. 012, s. 2022 for the policy guidelines.
As stated in the order, the policy establishes the guidelines that will enable DepEd to provide learning resources in the implementation of the BE-LCP. It also establishes the guidelines on the release, utilization, and liquidation of the Flexible Learning Options (FLO) funds.
The said policy repeals and supersedes DepEd Order (DO) No. 018. s. 2020 or the Policy Guidelines for the Provision of Learning Resources in the Implementation of the Basic Education-Learning Continuity Plan (BE-LCP) and shall take effect immediately upon its publication in the DepEd website. ###
