7 Eyes Production Launched ‘Kalimbahin, Mga Dagli’ About Women

In line with Women’s Month Celebration, 7 Eyes Productions launched its book entitled Kalimbahin this March 2021. Kalimbahin a collection of dagli or stories about women written by female writers.
SherieRose F. Rivero, Public School Teacher from Butuan City shares her personal experience of miscarriage in her story, “Hanggang Kailan.” The story centers on the theme of finding comfort and hope in God amidst the heartbreak of losing a long-awaited child.
Among the 154 stories featured in the book, two came from Mindanao. One is Rivero’s “Hanggang Kailan” and the other is Mariel Balacuit’s “Boy.” Both female writers are from Butuan City.
Finally, Kalimbahin is compiled by Mr. Rey M. Tamayo, Jr. The book endeavors to promote and inspire women to speak out, to take the lead and to give inspiration to fellow ladies. ###
