Heroes for Learning Awards to highlight modern heroes

The Globe for Education is set to have its first-ever Heroes of Learning Awards, a search to recognize contemporary heroes who shined brightly for others despite the challenges. The awards will highlight the modern heroes’ motivational journeys and efforts by providing them with necessary e-learning resources.
The Heroes of Learning 2023 is based on three pillars: Courage, for defying challenges that came their way; Excellence, for achieving their goals and beyond; and Innovation, for creating ways to inspire learning through technology.
The Search is open to three categories: Student of the Year, it honors the student who has been able to thrive in his/her studies and inspires others to achieve more by overcoming life challenges. Educator of the Year, it honors the individual who continues to innovate, overcoming the challenges in providing access to education for everyone; and Parent of the Year, it also honors the parent who overcomes challenges to ensure his/her children have access to education no matter what.
Those who will be hailed as Heroes of Learning will be part of the Globe for Education ambassadors. The Heroes of Learning Awards Night will be held on May 18, 2023, through a private Zoom event.
Nominations and entries will be accepted from March 1 to April 30, 2023.

The Winners of the award will receive a Hero’s trophy; GCash worth P50,000; 12 months GFiber Unli Plan subscription; P5,000 worth of Globe Prepaid with free Mobile Phone; and KodeGo full scholarship with P80,000.00. ###
