The Green Convergence for Safe Food, Healthy Environment and Sustainable economy will hold its 4th Philippine Environment Summit 2023 from February 21 to 23.
 
The Summit is anchored on the theme Caring for Earth: Scaling Up Solutions to the Climate Emergency.
 
It also aims to disseminate information on the developments, achievements, challenges, programs and projects in the areas of food safety, environment and natural resources protection and sustainable economy; encourage wider adoption of breakthroughs and innovations through greater convergence among the different sectors of society; formulate recommendations on food safety, environment and natural resources protection, and conservation and sustainable economy; and promote the movement, Ako ang Bukas, and its challenge to take the Quantum Leap towards Climate Neutrality in 2050.
 
Target participants are officials, teachers and senior high school students to inspire them to do their part for Mother Earth.
 
Participation of learners and teachers from public and private schools shall be purely voluntary and shall not hamper instructional time. ###
