School-based feeding program national week conference for 2022 set

The Department of Education (DepEd) through the Bureau of Learners Support Services-School Health Division (BLSS-SHD) will conduct the School-Based Feeding Program National Work Conference for FY 2022 (Batch 4) on April 20-23, 2022 in Cebu City.
The activity is aimed to present the SBFP Supplemental Guidelines and Implementation Plan for FY 2022; present relevant Procurement Guidelines applicable to SBFP; gather the consolidate Implementation Plan by each region, including their issues and concerns; and gather program updates from partner-agencies such as National Dairy Authority (NDA), Philippine Carabao Center (PCC), and Department of Science and Technology-Food and Nutrition Research Institute DOST-FNRI).
Said activity is in compliance with Republic Act No. 11037 or the “Masustansyang Pagkain para sa Batang Filipino Act.”
Participants of the said conference are from regions 9, 10 and Caraga. ###
