DRRM Program Coordinators to convene virtually

To update coordinators on the different initiatives and interventions on Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) of the Department of Education (DepEd) Caraga Region, DRRM Program Coordinators will convene virtually via Google Meet for their 1st Quarter DRRM Program Coordinators Meeting on March 28, 2022 at 1:00PM.
In a memorandum issued by DepEd Caraga regional director Ma. Gemma Mercado Ledesma, DRRM Coordinators will discuss the updates on Typhoon Odette response intervention and initiatives of the SDOs and partners; Writeshop on comprehensive Response and Rehabilitation Plan (CRRP) and Post-Disaster Needs Assessment (PDNA); Calendar of DRRM major activities and events for CY 2022; Updates on reports requested by DepEd DRRMS to include the NSED, Fund Utilization, PFA Sessions, among others.
Also, part of the discussion of the DRRM Program Coordinators are the Program Fund Support for all SDOs for FY 2022 and utilization of continuing funds from FY 2021; Schedule of the face-to-face orientation of RADaR new monitoring tools and reporting templates for SDO by district; Creation of Division and School-level Quick Response and Rehabilitation Team (QRRT) with their roles and functions; New PDRA Indicators issued by NDRRMC/RDRRMC; and Gawad MAKABATA Assessment Tools. ###
