DepEd Quality Assurance Division, RFTAT Caraga to monitor, evaluate schools for the conduct of face-to-face learning

The Department of Education (DepEd) Regional Office through the Quality Assurance Division and Regional Field Technical Assistance Team (RFTAT) will conduct monitoring and evaluation to public and private schools to assess their readiness in the implementation of face-to-face learning modalities.
 
In a memorandum issued by DepEd Caraga regional director Ma. Gemma Mercado Ledesma, the Division Field Technical Assistance Team will arrange the list of public/private schools to be monitored and evaluated based on geographical locations to manage time and resources in the conduct of the monitoring.
 
Also, school heads shall accomplish the monitoring and evaluation in advance prior to the conduct of the monitoring and evaluation of the RFTAT on the identified key dimensions in the School Safety Assessment Tool on their concerns/issues/gaps/ problems and possible interventions. The RFTAT will also validate the veracity of the information provided in the monitoring and evaluation tool to extend possible Technical Assistance.
 
The monitoring and evaluation of the public/private schools’ implementation of the progressive expansion of limited face-to-face classes shall take place on March 23 to 25 and April 5 to 7, 2022. ###
