DepEd Caraga to conduct reorientation of Intellectual Property Rights on Education Context

The Department of Education (DepEd) is mandated to provide appropriate and quality learning resources to its learners.
To ensure that the Self-Learning Kits in Campus Journalism for the Special program in Journalism are strictly compliant to the copyright and intellectual property law prior to its region-wide utilization, a Reorientation of Intellectual Property Rights on Educational Context of Self-Learning Kits (SLKs) on Campus Journalism for the Special Program in Journalism shall be conducted on March 15 to 17, 2022 via Microsoft Teams.
Said event is to reorient participants on the Intellectual Property Rights on educational content and to manage 3rd party using inventory of the 3rd party tool.
Participants to the said activity are the Division Education Program Supervisors in-charge in Special Program in Journalism and the members of the Development and the Quality Assurance Teams of Self-Learning Kits on Campus Journalism for Quarters 1 to 4. ###
