DOST-SEI extends deadline for scholarship application

In consideration to the applicants devastated by Typhoon Odette and those who have yet to complete their applications, the Department of Science and Technology-Science Education Institute (DOST-SEI) announces the extension of the deadline for the filing of application for the DOST-SEI Undergraduate Scholarship Program until January 31, 2022.
Also, in consideration thereof, DOST-SEI will not conduct a scholarship examination for this batch, instead, DOST-SEI has included as part of the requirements a copy of Form 137 or Form 138 (from Grade 9 to Grade 11), which will be requested from their respective schools.
Based on the Department of Education (DepEd) Advisory No. 001, s. 2022 dated January 17, 2022, the applicants are requested to encode and upload their grades in the E-Application System when they file their applications. Schools are hereby requested to issue Forms 137 and 138 to the scholarship applicants.
