DICT conducted an Orientation of School ICT Coordinators, Teachers and other school personnel using LMS for M365 password reset and application for PNPKI Digital Certificate

The Department of Information and Communications Technology successfully conducted a live session activity on the orientation of School ICT Coordinators, Teachers and other school personnel using LMS for M365 password reset and application for PNPKI Digital Certificate last July 27, 2021. There were two sessions; 1:00-3:00 pm session was about the Mo365 and 3:30 -5:00pm was about the PNPKI.
Discussed were the following topics Background on Learning Management System, getting to know PD LMS (including navigation and proceeding to the course, LMS log in/ forget password, how to access the training (password). The orientation aimed to train the school ICT coordinators/teachers on how to reset the password of the teachers and the students in preparation for the upcoming school year in which it is believed that there will be an intensive usage of the LMS. It is so much helpful in an online education because it offers template courses from grade 4-10 wherein each course corresponds to 1 competency in the curriculum.
Also to deploy the course using LMS where one can register for the digital signatures which will be coming from the DICT. The said signatures will be used during the election process. This is due to the COMELEC resolution in which requiring all the teachers/personnel who will serve in the election will use the digital signatures coming from the DICT. Failure to have this will not be allowed to serve in the upcoming election.
