BRIGADA Eskwela prepares School Year 2021-2022

The Brigada Eskwela 2021 aims to strengthen the commitment of the Department of Education (DepEd) and stakeholders for the continued delivery of quality education despite the pandemic this coming school year 2021-2022.
Under DepEd Memorandum No. 048, s. 2021, it is the 2021 Brigada Eskwela Implementing Guidelines, dated 02 August 2021. The Department of Education, in its commitment to ensure that education must continue amidst the challenges and uncertainties of face to face classes brought by Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), shall formally open School Year 2021-2022.
In accordance with Republic Act No. 11480, the President, on the recommendation of the Secretary, approved SY 2021-2022 to open on September 13, 2021.
In preparation for the opening of the class, the Brigada Eskwela Program will be implemented from August 3 to September 30, 2021 with a focus on collaboration and strengthening partnerships that complement DepEd’s efforts to implement the Basic Education Continuing Education Plan. study (BE-LCP) and to ensure the delivery of quality basic education that is not in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
In response to this program, Butuan Central Elementary School will hold a Kick-Off Ceremony this 16th of August 2021. In this regard, the teachers are very responsive and cooperative as well as the stakeholders of the school especially the parents and guardians in giving their helping hands to achieve the objectives of the said program.
