Dalai Lama said, “Education is much more than a matter of imparting the knowledge and skills by which narrow goals are achieved. It is also about opening the child’s eyes to the needs and rights of others.” Being a teacher is a very great profession. He/She not only imparts knowledge but he also transforms a child’s life to be a productive person in the future.

The Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form IPCRF is an assessment tool for government employees to rate the work done by the teacher over a period of one year. In this regard, there are many challenges faced by teachers in following the required attachments for the annual performance of the teacher due of changes for school year 2020-2021 IPCRF. One of these is the creation of a portfolio which is attached to it are evidences related to the KRAs of each objective. Which also has KRAs or objectives that give confusion what to attach for it.

It is very important for now that teachers should be resourceful like using modern technologies to better understand things. But sometimes there are interruptions really that we can’t avoid like net connectivity or so sudden loss of electricity. With this, the new IPCRF have a big relation in the new way of having a good performance rating. By this, the most challenging is for teachers have aged especially the less techno savvy. Presentations at their IPCRF will make an impact. But as part, the colleagues were good enough to share knowledge and skills with others to grow together and leave nothing behind from the changes brought about by the new normal. ###
