Webinars: Quality or Quantity?

Website seminars were made since the pandemic happens. Office workers, Teachers, and other professional jobs are set to new normal seminars. Contact less is one of the protocols to be followed to avoid mass spreading of virus.
Its been five months already since the webinars created. What we are doing today relies to the technology. Social sites are one of the communications that help us to be educated, informed, and be updated.
Online Meetings were done via Facebook live, YouTube Streaming, Zoom, or Google meet. Because of these applications we were able to continue our unfinished business through online world.
Indeed, the third revolution of education through technology penetrated the new normal setups. One question was raised about the quality of webinars floated. If there’s still a quality or a quantity only?
Some of the teachers were soaked to the webinars. In just a day they can have three to five certificates earned from the different agencies. The quality of learnings perhaps compromised since the efficiency of the attendee may not be able to grasp the whole objective of the webinar attended.
Professional workers danced to the trends since they need to get only the certificate for attendance or for continuing professional development (CPD). The quantity might be considered in earning units from the webinars.
Public or Private agencies must look ensure the mental health of their employees. So that they can still bring a quality service over the quantity webinars offered. ###
