Butuan City division gets 113 medals during regional sports competition

The Department of Education (DepEd) Butuan City Division is declared as the over-all champion of the 22nd Caraga Athletic Association – Regional Sports Competition held in Surigao City on February 24 to March 1, 2019.
Among the 12 divisions of Caraga region, Butuan City division made it again on top for nine consecutive years now.
During the awarding ceremony held on March 1, 2019 at Surigao City, the Butuan delegation bagged 113 gold medals, 60 from the elementary level and 53 from the secondary level.
The Surigao del Sur delegation placed 1st runner-up while Agusan del Norte Division is the 2nd runner-up. ###
