Quality education is not only about attractive landscaping, increased number of classrooms, teachers, textbooks and equipment but it is also about shared responsibility. Members of the community who are usually parents can involve in decision making, help in matching the school needs to its policies, support in the efficient use of funds and assist in monitoring their children’s achievement. ## (By: Dr. Jonas H.
